Senior Consultant is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and function.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare high and detailed estimations of effort to achieve a preferred solution.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate and support other team members during requirements, design, build, and test phases.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Provide subject matter expertise in one or more system or applications.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Provides input to staffing plans at the project-level to identify key / required skills.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Holds project team resources accountable to their deliverables and ensures project execution.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Lead and mentor less experienced staff.</span></span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:11.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><b>Skills and attributes for success</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:11.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Certification in SAP Transportation Management 9.5 or above is preferred (Not Mandatory).</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">7 years business experience or related experience on medium to large scale projects.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Proven record of interacting with multiple business units or functional teams.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.</span></span></li><li><span
