Provide technical support to project delivery and continuous improvement work. IBP Consultant will be the subject matter expert for SCM Cloud based solutions in the areas of S&amp;OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Control Tower and business process as well as IBP solution design, build, customization, test &amp; deployment towards various client engagements.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Experience: 3-5 Years.</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or STEM related area of study, Master's Degree is a plus</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Demonstrated capability to analyse business and technical requirements; and develop solutions to address the requirements.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Subject matter expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Supply planning, Sales &amp; Operation Planning processes preferably with at least 1 end to end implementation experience with a client facing role.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong configuration and design skills required</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Demonstrated experience in SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Well-honed SCM skills and expert understanding of the Software Configuration Management. Ability to perform complex SCM tasks and ability to mentor or train others in the configuration management effort.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills. Must have a service-oriented attitude with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
