Program Execution and Project Manager

You will own and drive momentum on high impact initiatives - some requested, some discerned through proactive analysis- to reduce friction in sales workflows and enable teams to maximize revenue driving activities. You will lead cross-functional programs aligned to key business priorities, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment, disciplined execution, and measurable commercial outcomes. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution: defining clear goals, establishing success metrics, and translating complex challenges into scalable solutions. You will champion continuous improvement, adapts quickly to evolving business needs, and delivers programs that drive revenue impact, efficiency gains, and improved commercial performance.</span></span><br/><span id="j_id0:j_id1:j_id265:j_id401:j_id402:j_id411:j_id412:2:j_id413:j_id415"><span id="j_id0:j_id1:j_id265:j_id401:j_id402:j_id411:j_id412:2:j_id413:j_id419">• Lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams in matrixed and virtual environments. <br>• Drive strategic projects aligned with organizational goals, ensuring value-driven outcomes. <br>• Apply flexible or plan-driven project management approaches; build and use project plans when needed, define success metrics, &amp; create effective communication strategies to inform stakeholders. <br>• Collaborate across all organizational levels to deliver business priorities on time and with impact. <br>• Own project details, serving as a subject matter expert on goals, progress, and execution. <br>• Play a key role in shaping the vision and direction of projects, setting clear goals, and ensuring all teams are aligned toward achieving them. <br>• Champion continuous improvement &amp; operational efficiency in project delivery. <br>• Be a trusted advisor to leadership providing insights and recommendations to improve business operations and project outcomes. <br> <br>Leadership <br>• Thought leadership and horizon scanning <br>• Ability to influence and engage a variety of stakeholders and leaders across the organization <br>• Ability to define and apply strategy to achieve project and program benefits <br>• Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams in a direct, matrix and virtual environment <br>• Supporting definition of best practice in project and program management across Sage <br> <br>Engagement <br>• Work with global and regional business stakeholders and functional leadership to deliver projects and programs effectively <br>• Partner with stakeholders to create and align projects and programs and develop quality relationships to influence stakeholders <br> <br>Qualifications: <br> <br>• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business operations delivering multiple concurrent, complex, global initiatives. <br>• Understanding of GTM readiness initiatives at a SaaS organization, aligning lead generation, enablement, and sales training programs to drive revenue acceleration <br>• Expertise in sales methodologies and commercial systems (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua) <br>• Proven experience leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder strategic initiatives. <br>• Strong track record of delivering high-impact projects. <br>• Growth mindset and ability to drive change through positive, proactive leadership. <br> <br> <br>#LI-RM1</span></span>
