By joining us you will be part of our exciting growth strategy. Which includes career-long training and coaching to develop your skills. </p><p><br><b>Your key responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Support the growth of our team by defining and driving our IAM go-to-market approach.</li><li>Effectively lead and motivate client engagement teams and provide technical leadership in the assessment, design, and implementation of IAM solutions.</li><li>Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.</li><li>Perform current state assessments of IAM, including benchmarking/maturity assessments, developing strategies and roadmaps for improvement.</li><li>Manage /deliver quality projects, including development of project plans, project goals &amp; objectives, tasks, required resources &amp; associated budgets and timelines for completion.</li><li>Remain up-to-date on new developments in IAM and regulations impacting the IAM domain.</li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Skills and attributes for success</b></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management/Consulting.</li><li>Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC models, Asset Modeling, and Segregation of Duty.</li><li>Understanding of IAM tools (Sailpoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, One Identity, Okta, …) is considered an advantage.</li><li>A proven track record of managing and delivering IAM projects.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, capability to deliver accurate and confident communication to C-level.</li><li>Assertive and proactive approach to the delivery/implementation of projects.</li><li>Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English and good comprehension of Dutch and/or French.</li><li>Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA will be highly regarded.</li></ul><p> </p><p><b>What we offer you</b></p><ul><li>You will be part of a leading global professional services firm.</li><li>You will be part of the EY family where everyone is willing to offer support and senior management is very accessible.  </li><li>You will join a dynamic and growing team with a great mix of young and experienced professionals focusing on financial services.</li><li>You will get extensive trainings  on technical matters, as well as soft skills and project management, and you will have access to new technologies and innovative equipment.</li><li>We are proud of our flexible working arrangements, and we will support you to build a successful career and deliver excellent client service, without sacrificing your personal priorities. </li><li>While our client-facing profession might require part-time working at client site and business traveling at times, we are committed to helping you achieve a lifestyle balance.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Are you ready to shape your future with confidence?
