She/he will Lead design discussion in a limited manner.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p><span><b>Essential Responsibilities</b></span></p><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Collaborate with product manager and architect to understand requirements and detail the user stories.</span></li><li><span>Work with team to identify and close technical feasibility.</span></li><li><span>Engage and drive technical discussions; participate in technical designs and present technical ideas through white boarding.</span></li><li><span>Conduct Technical Design Review with the key stakeholders and drive the process to closure.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrate the understanding of Safe/Kanban software development lifecycle and able to distinguish the core inputs and outputs in each cycle.</span></li><li><span>Maintain code quality through best practices, unit testing and code quality.</span></li><li><span>Understand whole product, its modules and the interrelationship between them while being an expert in the assigned component or module</span></li><li><span>Be an expert in assessing application performance and optimising/improving it through design and best coding practices</span></li><li><span>Coach and mentor junior engineers and new joins to bring them up to speed on the core competencies.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>Qualifications / Requirements</b></span></p><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related disciplines with 10+ years of industry experience</span></li><li><span>UI & Mobile developer with deep knowledge of UI techs – Angular , Redux , TS , JS , CSS , HTML, Mobile Cross platform framework(at least one of) – Ionic , Apache Cordova, React Native, Flutter</span></li><li><span>Java Spring Framework, Spring Boot , Flink Framework , BDD with Cucumber Framework, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes (Pods, containers, Replica Sets, Deployments, Auth Policy, scaled objects)</span></li><li><span>Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures on AWS using services like EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, CloudFormation/Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines with deep focus on reliability, cost optimization, and distributed systems.</span></li><li><span>Experience working within Agile/Scrum software development framework</span></li><li><span>Strong Debugging and Troubleshooting Expertise</span></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b><b><b>Additional Information</b></b></b></h1><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:left"><b>Relocation Assistance Provided: </b>Yes</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><p></p>
