The role is required to have deep knowledge / experience on the ServiceNow platform and end to end functionality of one or more ServiceNow modules.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">This person should be a strong communicator, organiser and have excellent people and customer service skills balanced with technical skills.</span><br><br></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Key Deliverables</strong>:</span></p><ul><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Organise and drive requirements gathering workshops.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Responsible for capturing, analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Create a close connect with the client business teams</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements to aid development team</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Understand and document As-Is business processes.
