Data Scientist</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Designation:                 Manager</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Preferred Experience:             10+ years</span></strong></p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence solutions across various platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, and on-premises environments.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Design and oversee the creation of scalable AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Drive the adoption and implementation of General AI use cases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and value creation.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Apply deep expertise in machine learning, predictive modelling, and statistical analysis to large, complex data sets.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Champion the integration of AI/ML capabilities into existing data architectures and pipelines for enhanced decision-making.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide thought leadership and mentorship within the team, staying abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies and industry trends to foster innovation.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and contribute to the development of responsible AI frameworks.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Qualifications:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">8+ years of experience in data management, or a related field, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proven track record of designing and deploying successful AI/ML projects and General AI use cases.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong experience with cloud technologies (Azure/Google Cloud) and familiarity with on-premises environments.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Deep understanding of the application of AI/ML in creating data products and insights.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience with deploying machine learning models into production environments.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent knowledge of statistical analysis, algorithm development, and experimental design.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide teams.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus.</span></li></ul><div style="font-family:Arial;font-size:1.0em"><p><b>EY | Building a better working world </b></p><p>EY is building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society and the planet, while building trust in capital markets.</p><p>Enabled by data, AI and advanced technology, EY teams help clients shape the future with confidence and develop answers for the most pressing issues of today and tomorrow.</p><p>EY teams work across a full spectrum of services in assurance, consulting, tax, strategy and transactions.
