Data Scientist, AI Data - Senior Manager/Manager

This is a full-time position.</p><h3> </h3><h3>Your Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Lead a team of data scientists and AI specialists across both technical and business workstreams</p></li><li><p>Define project objectives, establish timelines, and manage end-to-end delivery of AI and data science solutions</p></li><li><p>Engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and provide regular updates</p></li><li><p>Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to identify data and AI opportunities that drive measurable business impact</p></li><li><p>Serve as a thought leader in data science and AI, guiding team members and contributing to capability development</p></li><li><p>Translate complex model behavior and technical insights into clear business recommendations and presentations</p></li><li><p>Apply cutting-edge machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques to real-world business challenges</p></li><li><p>Contribute to strategy, solution architecture, and delivery in a client-facing consulting environment</p></li></ul><h3> </h3><h3>Skills and Attributes for Success</h3><ul><li><p>Minimum 5 years of experience in a Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI role</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in leading AI teams and delivering impactful AI or analytics projects</p></li><li><p>Strong AI expertise; PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferable</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, NumPy)</p></li><li><p>Experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments</p></li><li><p>Proficient in developing and maintaining data pipelines to ensure quality and accessibility</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and NLP</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and cloud-based data architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure)</p></li><li><p>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields</p></li></ul><h3> </h3><h3>Ideally, You’ll Also Have</h3><ul><li><p>Consulting experience, including direct client engagement and project leadership</p></li><li><p>Experience with NLP libraries, frameworks, and Large Language Models (LLMs)</p></li><li><p>Exposure to end-to-end project delivery in Agile, SDLC, or hybrid methodologies</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure</p></li><li><p>Knowledge or background in data engineering is a plus</p></li></ul><h3> </h3><h3>What We Look For</h3><ul><li><p>Experience leading high-performing teams on AI, Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Big Data projects</p></li><li><p>Strong client management and consulting experience</p></li><li><p>Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and mentoring others</p></li></ul><h3> </h3><h3>What We Offer</h3><p>EY offers a competitive remuneration package that reflects your experience and performance.
