Experience working with clients throughout various parts of implementation lifecycle</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support client needs by delivering multiple OFSAA implementation/Consulting project.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Actively develop innovative approaches and business opportunities for expanding practice footprint in client ecosystem</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Direct business operations and consulting resources to assist client  in implementing OFSAA solutions.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Asses and manage business risks in pursuit of overall practice goals.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Responsible for maintaining strategic direction, ensuring profitable growth of the practice, quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer reference ability.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Your people responsibilities</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience with OFSAA implementations and/or Financial Services background implementing similar solutions.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ability to lead large teams and lead them for exceptional client services.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience with managing ETL (such as ODI, IINFORMATICA etc) and Reporting (OBIEE, POWERBI etc) applications</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Managing the three main pillars of a practice people management, portfolio/delivery management and sales enablement.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Accountable for operational/financial/people metrics and overall business results of competency.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Should be well conversant with various solutions like OFSAA EPM, ERM, FCCM, IFRS solutions of the OFSAA suit.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experienced in products/technologies, frameworks, business metadata management and relevant architectural components.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong command over SQL-PL/SQL and ability to design transformations</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong command over OFSAA staging and reporting data model</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience on Data model enhancements and should have worked as data model architect.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Should have business acumen to develop innovative approaches and focus on automation.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Additional skills requirements</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Deliver large/medium OFSAA programmes, demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced level of OFSAA knowledge and industry expertise to support delivery to clients</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Perform an appropriate role in business development in terms of presales and practice development. for example, presales, internal engagement and / or knowledge management</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Demonstrate man management and an ability to conduct and lead consultancy assignments</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong understanding of data lineage.
