You are expected to provide business analysis expertise, mentor seniors and staff, drive requirements quality, and play an active role in shaping project outcomes across financial services engagements. You will lead client interactions, support proposal development, and participate in key delivery and solution design decisions with architects and consulting leaders. sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Your key responsibilities</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Management responsibilities: </span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Manage and lead business analysts across large transformation programs delivered in Agile, hybrid, or traditional methodologies.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Bring strong industry experience in financial services (banking, payments, insurance, lending, or wealth management) with an understanding of processes, controls, regulatory considerations, and operational flows.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Ensure teams follow the correct requirements‑gathering processes, documentation standards, and project governance across phases.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Oversee task allocation, capacity planning, and performance evaluation for team members.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Manage bench strength effectively by monitoring upcoming demand, assigning resources proactively, and ensuring high utilization across the BA team.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Support project scheduling, resource management, budgeting, and reporting.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Create and deliver project status updates and executive‑level presentations, including weekly, monthly, and annual reports.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and manage expectation alignment.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Participate as a hands‑on Business Analyst within a development pod team, contributing directly to requirements, user stories, process mapping, and validation activities as part of day‑to‑day delivery.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Conduct regular team meetings, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of business analysis outputs.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Provide guidance on best‑practice analysis, solution definition, UAT planning, and process mapping.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Demonstrate flexibility in responding to project issues and proactively identify improvements to avoid future risks.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Strong communication, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Mandatory:</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Strong experience in business analysis across end‑to‑end project lifecycle – requirement gathering, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, business cases, and UAT.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Solid understanding of core financial services processes such as customer onboarding, payments, lending, insurance (P&C or Life), compliance, or risk.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio, SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Deep knowledge of Agile delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, refinement, and stakeholder engagement.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Experience with data analysis, process optimization, and identifying automation or workflow improvement opportunities.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Exposure to API integration concepts, data flows, and system interaction design.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Experience in solution validation, functional walkthroughs, and business‑technology alignment.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial,
