Visit macmillaneducation.com and follow &#64;MacmillanEducation / &#64;MacmillanELT.</p><p></p><p><b>Objetivo del puesto:</b> Promover el fondo editorial de Editorial Estrada y Puerto de Palos (Macmillan) en instituciones escolares dentro de Capital Federal y GBA.</p><p></p><p><b>Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales:</b></p><ul><li><p>Promover nuestro fondo editorial a través de contactos personales o virtuales con clientes actuales y/o potenciales.</p></li><li><p>Planificar sus tareas en coordinación con los supervisores de ventas para cumplir con el plan de promoción de cada temporada y los objetivos de ventas.</p></li><li><p>Hacer el análisis de su zona al final de cada temporada, destacando fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas en función de las actividades de la competencia.</p></li><li><p>Conocer en detalle el catálogo de productos (impresos y digitales) y las herramientas de promoción y ventas disponibles de Editorial Estrada y Puerto de Palos y de la competencia.</p></li><li><p>Usar la base de datos de la compañía para registrar y mantener actualizada la información de los clientes de su cartera. Esta base de datos es la herramienta fundamental para la planificación de sus tareas.</p></li><li><p>Participar de capacitaciones internas de productos, habilidades de ventas/planificación, herramientas de promoción, etc.</p></li><li><p>Participar de eventos del sector en los que la empresa exhibe y promociona los productos del catálogo.</p></li><li><p>Viáticos garantizados (seguro de automóvil, patente, gasolina, peajes, estacionamientos, mantenimiento del automóvil)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Experiencia, habilidades y conocimientos</b></p><p><i>Esenciales/Excluyentes:</i></p><ul><li><p>Experiencia en promoción o ventas</p></li><li><p>Movilidad propia (automóvil).</p></li><li><p>Disponibilidad full time.</p></li><li><p>Capacidad y responsabilidad para trabajar en forma proactiva tanto en equipo como de manera autónoma y cumplir con los objetivos establecidos.</p></li><li><p>Manejo de herramientas digitales y base de datos (WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, MS Office).</p></li><li><p>Residir en AMBA (área metropolitana de Buenos Aires, Argentina)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i>Deseables/No excluyentes:</i></p><ul><li><p>Conocimiento del sector de la enseñanza.</p></li><li><p>Experiencia en el sector editorial de textos.</p></li><li><p>Buenas habilidades de comunicación.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>At Springer Nature, our mission is to be part of progress – and that begins with inclusion: of people, perspectives, and ideas.
