This individual will play a key role in shaping our Microsoft ERP service offerings, driving certifications, enabling technical excellence, and ensuring alignment with both business and client needs. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of specialists, fostering their growth, engagement, and performance. The role requires close collaboration with leadership teams, practice heads, and delivery teams across IT and business project services.</span><br><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, strategy across the organization.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Build, lead, and manage a high-performing team focused on Microsoft technologies and solutions.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Be the ultimate expert in mapping client requirements against like General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management or in the Logistics, Manufacturing areas</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Should be able to interpret with Sales, Delivery, and Solutioning teams to ensure Microsoft capabilities align with client demand and strategic goals.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Develop and maintain partnerships with Microsoft to leverage their programs, tools, and co-sell building around Microsoft technologies not only focusing on Finance and Operations but also connecting with other parts of Microsoft landscape such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI solutions.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Monitor and report on progress relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 or Top 5 IT consulting organizations</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Proven experience in competency development, technical enablement, or practice management.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
