Contribuir a la coordinación del equipo, la gestión de clientes y la optimización de procesos, garantizando una comunicación eficiente, información oportuna y un servicio de alta calidad que impulse el crecimiento de la empresa en la región.</p><p></p><p><b>Funciones y responsabilidades:</b></p><ul><li>Atender llamadas telefónicas, correos y mensajes.</li><li>Elaborar y archivar documentos, contratos cotizaciones y reportes.</li><li>Preparar propuestas comerciales.</li><li>Coordinar actividades con departamentos internos.</li><li>Realizar reportes de Nexus.</li><li>Puente de comunicación con clientes, colegios, escuelas, libreros y distribuidores.</li><li>Concentrar, revisar y registrar información sobre los gastos de cada una de las zonas que conforman la región.</li><li>Elaboración de formatos vacacionales del equipo comercial.</li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Experiencia, Conocimientos y Habilidades:</b></p><ul><li>Licenciatura trunca o terminada, Carrera Técnica en comercialización o afín</li><li>experiencia asistiendo a gerencia de ventas</li><li><p>Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita</p></li><li><p>Organización, gestión del tiempo y multitarea</p></li><li><p>Manejo de información con confidencialidad</p></li><li><p>Capacidad de priorización y solución de problemas</p></li><li><p>Orientación al servicio y atención al detalle</p></li><li><p>Trabajo en equipo y enfoque proactivo</p></li><li><p>Conocimientos y habilidades técnicas</p></li><li><p>Manejo avanzado de Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</p></li><li><p>Conocimientos de CRM y sistemas de ventas</p></li><li><p>Redacción profesional y manejo de correspondencia</p></li><li><p>Coordinación administrativa y control documental</p></li><li><p>Nociones de procesos comerciales o ventas</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Deseables/No excluyentes: Ingles, Cursos en gestión administrativa.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Springer Nature Skills associated with this Job Profile include: </span></b></p><p><span>SN-Interpersonal Awareness, SN-Being Resilient, SN-Adaptability, SN-Organizational Savvy, SN-Financial Acumen, SN-Crisis Management, SN-Goal Alignment, SN-Manages Complexity</span></p><p></p><p>At Springer Nature, our mission is to be part of progress – and that begins with inclusion: of people, perspectives, and ideas.
