Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.<br><br>Configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document the configurations. Work closely with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.<br><br>Primary Modules- Compensation and Benefits<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3></h3><ul><li><p>5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules ( <span>Compensation and other modules combination</span>).</p></li><li><p>Lead RFP responses and collaborate with sales and technical teams to create comprehensive submissions that align with client needs and best practices.</p></li><li><p>Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and identify functionality fit/gaps, providing solutions.</p></li><li><p>Configure Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs, and document application setups.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules.</p></li><li><p>Conduct client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring presentations to highlight the value and address client inquiries.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with project teams on reports, interfaces, data conversion, and application extensions.</p></li><li><p>Test and validate technical components, resolving issues as needed.</p></li><li><p>Support clients during test phases and resolve <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">implementation-related</span> issues.</p></li><li><p>Develop end-user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions.</p></li><li><p>Oversee offshore project deliverables for Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, etc.</p></li><li><p>Lead demos and discussions with onshore teams and clients.</p></li><li><p>Ensure client satisfaction through effective collaboration with offshore and onshore teams.</p></li><li><p>Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience for Global Human Resources.</p></li><li><p>Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through design and implementation of HCM modules.</p></li><li><p>Conduct client workshops, configuration, and training sessions.</p></li><li><p>Experience in creating workflows, security, and OTBI reports.</p></li><li><p>Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's degree or MBA (HRMS) preferred.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies and experience with multi-cultural, geographically diverse teams.</p></li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3></h3><h2><b><b>Position Level</b></b></h2>Senior Associate<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3></h3><h2><b><b>Country</b></b></h2>India
