entities within the Industrial & Energy sector, including Mining, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, working across Operational Technology (OT) landscape.</span></p><p> </p><p><span sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">In your pivotal role focusing on OT cybersecurity, you will lead cyber assessments, engage in technical discussions, develop and implement robust OT security solutions, and apply comprehensive cybersecurity and cyber risk frameworks.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">With a focus on OT cybersecurity, you will serve in a key role of leading cyber assessments, engaging in technical discussions, developing and implementing OT security solutions, and applying cyber security and cyber risk frameworks.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Your responsibilities will include:</span></p><p> </p><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead with Impact: Proactively participate in client sessions, potentially taking the lead on workstreams to drive successful outcomes and enhance client relationships.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate Effectively: Engage with internal and client stakeholders to gather business requirements, ensuring alignment and understanding of cybersecurity needs.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assess and Strategise: Conduct cyber risk assessments and create cyber risk management strategies using frameworks like NIST CSF, NIST 800-82, or ISA62443 for key threat scenarios.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Design and Deliver: Work alongside EY and integrated client project teams to design and deliver high-quality cybersecurity deliverables, including high-level and low-level designs, solution architecture, implementation, policies and standards, go-live readiness, and transition to operations.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Monitor and Manage: Oversee project statuses, resource plans, and budgets to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project goals. </span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Skills and attributes for success</strong></span></p><p> </p><ul type="disc"><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with 2 to 4 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or a related domain.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly to the engagement team and client management through both written correspondence and verbal presentations.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">In-depth knowledge of relevant OT Cyber Frameworks, such as NIST 800-82 or ISA62443, to guide your assessments and solutions.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">A proven track record of delivering high-quality cybersecurity solutions for Operational Technology (OT) environments, including OT security architecture, secure zoning, security hardening, monitoring, cyber risk assessments, and threat detection & response.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Demonstrable proficiency in project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong strategic problem-solving and critical thinking
