Requirements / Responsibilities:</span></strong></p><p><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech with at least 2 years of Java Development experience</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Hands-on experience in JEE 8/9</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Strong hands-on experience and knowledge in Core Java </span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Hands on experience in webservices, Rest API, collections, and batches </span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Strong experience of data structure, design patterns and algorithms.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Good experience in databases SQL/PL SQL</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Experience in backend testing using Junit/Mockito</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Experience in working in an Agile environment and a good understanding of Agile processes</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Knowledge of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is preferred (mandatory for India-based hires).</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Must have experience in understanding, and using best practices guidelines and coding standards to maintain the health of the code base and reduce technical debt</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Must have experience in reviewing code (peer reviews) and providing constructive comments aligning to the Industry-wide best practices and coding standards</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Must have experience in working in engagements spread across multiple time zones and across multiple geographies</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Must have experience of working in small pods/teams and working collectively to achieve a positive group outcome.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Experience in usage of code versioning tools like SVN/Git</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Experience in establishing and maintaining communication channels to Team Leads and client teams, to pass on information like status, issues, risks, and concerns.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Should have had direct client experience, including working with client teams in an on-site and/or offshore mode</span></p><p> </p><p><strong><span sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Strong command on verbal and written English language, crisp Business communication skills are a mandatory requirement.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Experience in core Java/JEE, Spring, Hibernate, XML, HTML, JSP and JavaScript.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Hands on experience in webservices, Rest API, collections, and batches</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Knowledge of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is
