processes and KPIs</span></li><li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate</span></li><li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica,
