This role requires techno - Functional expertise to create Anaplan models, ability to handle different data sets and upload them into Anaplan and good functional business understanding. This role also entails participating in teams to estimate project tasks, elicit requirements from clients, design the application, complete design documentation, and conduct end user training.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Good understanding of Anaplan focused on FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning or Supply Chain Planning is expected based on projects done to be able to converse and understand the requirements better. Individuals in this role are expected to be able to work effectively and resourcefully independently as well as part of the team to accomplish tasks laid by team lead.</span></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Required Experience:</strong></span></p><p> </p><ul><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">5-9 years of hands-on Modelling Experience in ANAPLAN (with exposure to a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations on Anaplan) focused on but not limited to Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning and HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management or similar use cases.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">5+ years of strong background and experience in consulting roles focused on Sales Performance Planning / Supply chain / Financial Planning.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Hands on in MS Excel using advanced formulae to develop Mock Ups for clients</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Certified Solution Architect in Anaplan is Must</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modelling</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">MBA in Finance or Operations and Supply chain is preferred</span></li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></span></p><p> </p><ul><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Must have had 5+ years Hands on Modelling experience in ANAPLAN projects, including implementations, upgrades, roll outs and/or support.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Comfortable with creating Model, Modules, Lists, Line Items, Subsets, Line-Item Subsets, Usage of Calculation functions and dashboards using best practices.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Been introduced or worked with Anaplan Optimizer, PlanIQ, Integration methods and ALM within Anaplan.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ability to have direct discussions with clients to understand their needs and then design, develop, maintain, and elaborate planning models.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Master Anaplanner Certification is a plus.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist to Conduct, Document and Signoff Business Requirement with clients.
