In addition, you will participate in maintenance and support activities to resolve production issues. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to ensure that our policy administration systems are efficient, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.</span></p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Your key responsibilities</span></strong></p><p> </p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Guidewire PolicyCenter Support and Maintenance (Staff 6-8 years)</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Responsible for designing, building, supporting, and performing defect fixes.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Performing Root Cause Analysis and provide fixes.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Enhancements and code changes.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Must be flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shift – India Shift, US Shift) and On Call Support on a roster-ed rotational basis.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Proactive monitoring.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Manages the Guidewire PC Configuration &amp; Integration.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Designs, modifies and implements Guidewire product suite.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Skills and attributes for success</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Deep understanding of Guidewire framework Policy Centre, implementation, architecture and components</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Must have Guidewire PolicyCenter 9.0 version + technical/functional/cloud certification.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Well versed in development streams - Configuration/Integration/Both</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Hands on experience in Java/J2EE like web services, API integration.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Experience in production support activities like queue management, plug-in related issues, batch file generations.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Experience with tools like Service-now, JIRA, soap-ui, eclipse IDE, SVN, Jenkins.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Understand service management and change management activities, along with SLAa and estimator tools.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Have exposure to working in shifts and on-call support.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Should have worked on incident management and problem management.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Should have idea on SDLC life cycle along with release planning and management.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Working knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Strong in SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging System</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">  Should have strong knowledge and experience on Tomcat and or WebSphere/WebLogic</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">What we offer</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
