Operations Delivery Engineer

<p>The Ops Delivery Engineer is accountable for leading the complete integration lifecycle—from planning through deployment—while guaranteeing product quality, effective collaborator communication, and ongoing process improvement. This role serves as a technical point of contact for customers and collaborates closely with internal and external teams to drive operational excellence.</p><p></p><p>What You&#39;ll Do</p><p>-Coordinate and handle integration projects from start to finish, ensuring detailed execution at every stage</p><p>-Act as the main point of contact for all matters related to the integration process</p><p>-Offer continuous support and resolve technical issues that arise throughout the integration process -Continuously supervise project progress and deliver regular status reports to all relevant collaborators</p><p>-Making proposals for improving products, programs and work processes and take part in bringing those improvements to production</p><p>-Prepare and sustain comprehensive documentation to support ongoing processes</p><p></p><p>Teamwork &amp; Reporting Structure</p><p>Reports to: Direct Manager or Managing Director, in line with the company’s interpersonal chart. Works in close collaboration with internal departments and external partners involved in integration projects.</p><p></p><p>What We&#39;re Looking For</p><p>-Experienced in handling the technical components of API integration and implementation</p><p>-Skilled at navigating ambiguity and pinpointing key issues for effective resolution</p><p>-Ability to analyze logs and solve issues Reliably lead sophisticated tasks across project and matrix environments simultaneously</p><p>-Experience with MSSQL, Mongo, XML, Postman</p><p><span>Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications, Load balancers, proxies and firewalls </span></p><p><span>-Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal communication skills </span></p><p><span>-Preferable experience in iGaming industry</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Travel Expectations</b></p>None<p></p><p><b>Additional Information</b></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><i><span>At this time, we are unable to sponsor work visas for this position.
