<div style="font-family:Arial;font-size:1.0em"><p>At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence. </p><p>We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go. </p><p>Join EY and help to build a better working world. </p></div><div style="font-family:Arial;font-size:1.0em"> </div><p><strong>Job purpose:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>At EY GDS, you will get an opportunity to work on various Guidewire implementation projects for Global Customers.</li><li>You will be a part of a team working across Policy Admin, Claims, Billing, Underwriting, Data, Digital and Actuarial</li><li>You will collaborate with global teams across EY on large scale transformation, and platform implementation program</li></ul><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong> </p><ul type="disc"><li>Work in an advisory role as a Consultant / Technical Expert to contribute in various technical streams of Guidewire implementation/Integration project.</li><li>Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators</li><li>Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.</li><li>Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects</li><li>Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators</li><li>Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed</li><li>Travel to the customers locations on need basis</li></ul><p><strong>People responsibilities:</strong> </p><ul type="disc"><li>Building a quality culture</li><li>Manage the performance management for the direct reports, as per the organization policies</li><li>Foster teamwork and lead by example</li><li>Training and mentoring of project resources</li><li>Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives</li></ul><p><strong>Experience Range - </strong>1 to 12 years.</p><p><strong>Key / Must have skills:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Experience in Guidewire GW PC / CC / BC Config / Integration / GW Digital.
