We're seeking a Senior Manager in our SAP practice, specializing in Project and Program Management. to join our dynamic team in GDS India. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will drive innovation and transformation programs within the SAP practice in GDS.</span></p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">In this role you will:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead and deliver large-scale SAP transformation programs with precision and agility.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Navigate the SAP delivery methods and best practices with your deep industry knowledge.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and clear communication.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Utilise your extensive experience to mentor and guide your team towards excellence.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Demonstrate levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep up to date with current developments and trends in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead diverse experts working across various teams, including Finance business stakeholders, workstream leads, system and functional experts, technical architects, developers and others to define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget tracking.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Serve as the main point of contact for project status, risk management, and issue resolution.
