AI knowledge base.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with local and international EY teams across geographies and industries to deliver high-impact client solutions.</span></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0cm"> </p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0cm"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>What we look for</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Higher education in data science, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or engineering.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in similar contexts in banking, wealth &amp; asset management, or insurance, with a strong focus on implementing data-heavy systems such as CRM, Data Platforms etc. , either in-house or as a consultant.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven track record of leading transformation projects and managing teams.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Interest and experience in data-heavy Financial Services solutions such as CRM (particularly Microsoft Dynamics), CBS, KYC, Data Platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Familiarity with AI domains such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning as they apply to tangible use cases and business insights.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Understanding of key programming and Data architecture concepts such as Data Lake, Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture, ETL, Streaming etc.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, especially Azure services for data and AI is a plus.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric is a plus.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent communication skills, bridging IT and business stakeholders.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Flexible and proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to perform in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Full professional proficiency in English and French;
