Works on supplier related activities like sourcing, liasioning, scheduling, invoicing etc. Provides Learning Reports & Analytics as per Global requirements .Manages global Learning budgets, trackers & MIS .Supports the invoice processing for all Global learning</p><p></p><p><b>Role and Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li><p>Supports the CoE in meeting agreed SLAs. </p></li><li><p>Provides full administrative support, set-up and coordination for all initiatives to T&P BP and for the Talent and Performance team. </p></li><li><p>Ensures efficient delivery of talent, performance and learning processes and provides operational support as required. </p></li><li><p>Manages the budgets and invoices and process them </p></li><li><p>Maintain & improve the invoicing & budgeting precesses & trackers </p></li><li><p>Takes the responsibility for day-to-day operational excellence. </p></li><li><p>Delivers operational L&D tasks with a deep focus on customer service, employee experience, operational excellence and continuous improvement. </p></li><li><p>Delivers regular reports and data requests to CoE and its client groups </p></li><li><p>Project management/co-ordination of Global Learning programs, liaising with vendors, managing project plans & global calendar. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Experience, Skills & Qualifications</b> </p><ul><li><p>Experience 2+ years</p></li><li><p>Understanding of Learning & Development </p></li><li><p>Experience in Reporting & Analytics at Global level </p></li><li><p>Experience in project managing learning projects </p></li><li><p>Experience in managing invoices, budgets etc. </p></li><li><p>Demonstrable experience of working with stakeholders </p></li><li><p>Experience in project/programme management/coordination </p></li><li><p>Strong intercultural awareness and experience working within a complex and high pace international organisation </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills</b> </p><ul><li><p>Experience coordinating / managing projects </p></li><li><p>Good understanding of Learning & Development and Performance processes </p></li><li><p>Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI etc </p></li><li><p>Proficiency in MS Office & Google suite </p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication to build solid relationships with internal stakeholders </p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment </p></li><li><p>Proactive attitude; self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently as needed </p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal skills and resilience </p></li><li><p>Full proficiency in English </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications </b> </p><ul><li><p>Educated to Bachelor’s degree or higher in related discipline or have equivalent experience </p></li></ul><p></p><p>At Springer Nature, we value the diversity of our teams and work to build an inclusive culture, where people are treated fairly and can bring their differences to work and thrive.
