As a Principal Engineer, you will lead by example, providing technical expertise, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-performance applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals and contribute to the long-term success of our organization. <br> <br>*** This is a hybrid position - working 3 days a week from our Bangalore office. ***</span></span><br/><span id="j_id0:j_id1:j_id265:j_id401:j_id402:j_id411:j_id412:2:j_id413:j_id415"><span id="j_id0:j_id1:j_id265:j_id401:j_id402:j_id411:j_id412:2:j_id413:j_id419">Technical Leadership: <br>• Define and drive the technical roadmap for projects and systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. <br>• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in C#/.NET development, providing guidance and expertise to engineering teams. <br>• Set coding standards and best practices for software design, development, and deployment. <br>• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. <br> <br>Software Design and Development: <br>• Design, develop, and oversee complex software solutions using C# and .NET Core. <br>• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance applications and systems. <br>• Perform code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards. <br>• Lead the design and implementation of new features and functionalities based on business requirements. <br> <br>Innovation and Strategic Initiatives: <br>• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and industry trends to foster innovation. <br>• Advocate for and implement modern engineering practices to enhance development efficiency. <br>• Contribute to the long-term technical vision and strategic planning of the organization. <br>Operational Excellence: <br>• Ensure production systems are reliable, secure, and optimized for performance. <br>• Support deployment processes and provide guidance on release management. <br>• Ensure proper documentation of technical processes, systems, and solutions. <br> <br>Compliance and Security: <br>• Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards across all development efforts. <br>• Implement and advocate for robust security practices in software design and development. <br> <br>Requirement: <br>- 10 - 12 years of experience <br>- Bachelor's degree in computer science <br>- Strong backend experience <br> <br>#LI-RS</span></span>
