The responsibilities of our mid-level developers include writing code, analyzing data, and contributing to the design and implementation of software.</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Senior Automation Engineer Responsibilities: </span></strong></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Responsible for the creation, design, development, and implementation of Intelligent Automation Systems to enhance business process efficiency</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     Investigate, analyze, and set up automated processes to maximize efficiency for a business model.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     Evaluate automation potential of business processes</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     Conducts coding within RPA Platforms (e.g., BluePrism, UiPath, Power Automate Cloud/Power Automate Desktop/Power Apps)</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     Monitors, supports, and maintains running BOTs</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     Collaborate with other automation experts across our worldwide organization to explore solutions, adapt and share best practice</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     Work together with different organizational areas on process designs</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     Support Project Manager / RPA Lead in managing project timelines, quality, budgets as well as client relationships</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     Share experience and knowledge to assist in the development of recommendations and solutions that are in-line with industry best practices</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Qualifications:</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or any related course.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development and end to end automation using UiPath, Power Automate, and Power Apps.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     Minimum of 3 years in design and development experience with any of the following platforms: Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Automate Desktop/Power Automate Cloud/Power Apps and Co-Pilot Studio and development experience with Python and NLP</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     Have at least 2 Developer Certification with any of the following: BluePrism Certified Developer, UiPath Advance Professional Developer, or Microsoft Power Platform Certifications</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     Having Solutions Architect Certification on any of these BluePrism, UiPath, AA360 and Power Platform is preferred.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     With experience in programming languages such as C#, VB.Net and Python especially in Natural Language Processing.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     Experience or knowledge of integrating Generative AI on existing RPA Platforms is highly preferred.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     Experience in API Integration is a must.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     Experienced in NLP using Python is a must.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     Knowledgeable in SQL or any database query language</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English as well as presentation skills.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•     Be a highly driven, autonomous,
