The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and related technologies. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.</span></p><p><br><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></p><p><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect designs.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Integrate RESTful APIs and work with backend teams for seamless data flow.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Implement state management using Redux or Context API.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Stay updated with the latest React ecosystem trends and best practices.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Participate in Sprint planning for requirements and implementations</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Estimate the efforts to deliver the user story development</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Participate in daily scrum calls to update the progress</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Manage user stories in centralized sprint management tools (like JIRA)</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Develop, test / validate user stories with respect to acceptance criteria defined and Demo</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Participate in sprint backlog refinement</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Participate the Sprint retrospective meeting and record the lessons learned</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Participate PI Planning for sprint</span></p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Required Skills & Qualifications</span></strong></p><p><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• 4+ years of experience in front-end development with ReactJS.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and Context API.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Experience with Webpack, Babel, and build tools.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Understanding of Git and version control workflows.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Good knowledge of unit testing frameworks</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Ensure application scalability, performance, and security.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Participate in Agile development processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
