Ignite Delivery Manager

<p>Aristocrat Interactive is hiring a Delivery Manager to join Ignite - our strategic gaming incubation program passionate about delivering differentiated, high-quality content. </p><p></p><p>As a Delivery Manager, you will drive the day-to-day delivery execution of partner studios content portfolio from onboarding through release. You&#39;ll work closely with partner studios, Commercial, Development, QA, and Certification to ensure smooth integration, clear timelines, and high-quality releases.</p><p></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about games and content, who enjoys organization, cross-team collaboration, and making things happen.</p><p></p><p><b>What you&#39;ll do:</b></p><ul><li>Drive delivery execution for partners studios content from onboarding to release, ensuring predictable execution against agreed roadmap</li><li>Run delivery cadences (check-ins, release readiness, follow-ups), bring together decisions, and drive closure on action items</li><li>Maintain delivery plans, turning points, and tracking, so status is always accurate and trusted</li><li>Coordinate onboarding and integration processes for new partners (checklists, documentation, readiness criteria)</li><li>Ensure requirements, technical dependencies, and specifications are detailed, understood and followed</li><li>Partner with Development and QA to coordinate scope, test cycles, bug triage, fixes and readiness criteria for release</li><li>Collaborate with Certification teams to prepare submissions and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements</li><li>Identify risks early, propose mitigation options, and raise promptly when decisions or support are needed</li><li>Translate technical updates into clear, concise updates for non-technical partners</li><li>Keep partner studios and internal teams aligned through structured communication, reporting and release notes</li><li>Maintain and iterate on templates, trackers and checklists</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we&#39;re looking for:</b></p><ul><li>Experience in delivery management, project coordination, production, or a similar role in tech/gaming</li><li>Strong ability to prioritise multiple parallel workstreams and keep interested parties aligned to timelines and outcomes</li><li>Proven understanding of Jira or strong willingness to build sophisticated Jira expertise</li><li>Strong interpersonal and prioritization skills; diligent and passionate about efficient workflows</li><li>Ability to understand and interpret technical requirements and dependencies</li><li>Excellent social skills across cultures and time zones</li><li>Comfortable operating within an established operating model and improving it incrementally</li><li>Passion for games and familiarity with game development / release cycles</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Nice to have</b></p><ul><li>Experience in slots / iGaming and supervised gaming jurisdictions</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional delivery rhythms</li><li>Experience working with external partners/vendors and certification/compliance flows</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Travel Expectations</b></p>None<p></p><p><b>Additional Information</b></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><i><span>At this time, we are unable to sponsor work visas for this position.
