Business analysts facilitate constant business process improvement by regular investigation, analysis, review and documentation specific areas of a business in terms of its functions and the role, you must have</strong></span></p><p> </p><ul><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Experience as a Business Analyst in at least one end-to-end implementation of application/system changes.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Experience in Fund Accounting, Investment Operations, Transfer Agency, Global Custody, and Middle Office.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Familiarity with financial instruments (equities, bonds, FX, etc.) and the trade lifecycle for all instrument types.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Experience with solutions such as pControl, Geneva, Investran, Calypso, Tradeflow, Markit, Multifonds, and Transfer Agency applications.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Strong documentation skills (BRD, TSD, FSD).</span></li><li
