This role focuses on standardizing tools, improving processes, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact solutions across multiple projects and personas.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3></h3><p><span>Key Responsibilities: </span><br><span>• Tool &amp; Process Optimization</span><br><span>• Lead initiatives to standardize tools and dashboards and enhance usability of Smartsheet and SharePoint.</span><br><span>• Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.</span><br><span>• Develop and implement process improvement strategies.</span><br><span>• Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</span><br><span>• Ensure that all process changes are well-documented and communicated across the organization.</span><br><span>• Program Management</span><br><span>• Deliver COE overviews and present various audiences, including leadership and new hires.</span><br><span>• Deliver trainings based on CoE needs.</span><br><span>• Lead process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.</span><br><span>• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes.</span><br><span>• Regularly report on progress and outcomes to of key performance indicators (KPIs), used to measure the success of process improvement initiatives, to the CoE leadership and stakeholders.</span><br><span>• Analyze data and create custom reports for senior management.</span><br><span>• Collaboration &amp; Enablement</span><br><span>• Foster partnerships across teams to improve workflows and knowledge sharing.</span><br><span>• Mentor and empower team members to adopt best practices and innovative solutions.</span><br><span>• Act as a change champion for methodology, process improvement and innovation.</span><br><span>• Provide training and support to employees on new processes and best practices.</span><br><span>• Innovation &amp; Continuous Improvement</span><br><span>• Drive adoption of new tools through the development of training materials and conducting workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement.</span><br><span>• Identify opportunities for automation in our current internal processes.</span><br><span>• Support creation and rollout of a centralized knowledge base.</span><br><span>• Support standardization and continuous improvement efforts.</span><br><span>• Stakeholder Engagement</span><br><span>• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with process improvement goals.</span><br><span>• Act as a liaison between the CoE and other departments to facilitate smooth implementation of process changes.</span><br><br><span>This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the employee may be required to perform duties outside of this list.</span><br><span>Required Skills &amp; Competencies: </span><br><span>• Strong project management, organizational and analytical expertise.</span><br><span>• Proficiency in Smartsheet, SharePoint, and digital collaboration tools preferred.</span><br><span>• Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.</span><br><span>• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.</span><br><span>• Strong commitment to process improvement and innovation.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3></h3><h2><b><b>Position Level</b></b></h2>Associate<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3></h3><h2><b><b>Country</b></b></h2>India
