The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP testing processes, coupled with a forward-looking vision for automation, AI-driven testing, and intelligent quality assurance. This role demands a strategic thinker who can lead large-scale testing transformations, champion continuous test automation, and drive DevOps and CI/CD enablement in complex SAP S/4HANA and cloud environments.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">The Senior Manager will be accountable for defining strategy, building capability, and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple SAP engagements.</span></p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Define and implement the strategic vision for next-generation SAP Testing using automation, AI, and analytics.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead the transformation of SAP quality assurance practices by embedding continuous testing within DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Partner with cross-functional teams (SAP functional, Basis, Integration, and DevOps) to ensure end-to-end test optimization.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Drive test strategy design, governance frameworks, and delivery excellence across SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, Cloud).</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Build and lead high-performing testing and automation teams, fostering innovation and accountability.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Champion the adoption of AI-based testing accelerators, impact analysis tools, and intelligent defect prediction models.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Oversee the setup and maintenance of automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Panaya, Worksoft, Selenium, etc.).</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Establish and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and automation ROI to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with global EY leadership and clients to articulate transformation roadmaps and ensure alignment with business outcomes.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Mentor teams to develop future-ready SAP testing talent within EY GDS.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Required Skills and Experience:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">12–14 years of experience in SAP testing and quality engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-country programs.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Deep understanding of SAP landscapes, testing processes, and release management in S/4HANA and SAP Cloud ecosystems.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong expertise in test automation tools (preferably Tricentis Tosca, Panaya, Worksoft, or similar).</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Hands-on experience implementing DevOps, CI/CD, and continuous testing pipelines in SAP environments.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Exposure to AI/ML-based testing platforms or intelligent test automation strategies.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills – able to influence senior leadership and drive decisions.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Demonstrated ability to own and deliver outcomes with full accountability, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.</span></li></ul><p> </p><div style="font-family:Arial;font-size:1.0em"><p><b>EY | Building a better working world </b></p><p>EY is building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society and the planet, while building trust in capital markets.</p><p>Enabled by data, AI and advanced technology, EY teams help clients shape the future with confidence and develop answers for the most pressing issues of today and tomorrow.</p><p>EY teams work across a full spectrum of services in assurance, consulting, tax, strategy and transactions.
