The primary role of this position is to drive the development and enhancement of ServiceNow capabilities within the organization by teaching fresh graduate students who are new joiners at EY GDS, spanning across various locations. The Capability Development Manager will also manage and run the ServiceNow GDS Academia program, collaborate with university partners, upskill existing ServiceNow developers, conduct training sessions, and stay current with the latest ServiceNow trends and releases.</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">1.    ServiceNow Academia Program:</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Run and manage the ServiceNow GDS Academia program for undergraduates from EY GDS University partners.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Develop and manage curriculum, perform assessments, and collaborate with external universities to plan and execute the program.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Provide hybrid teaching (combination of online and in-person sessions) to fresh graduates across different GDS locations (India, Philippines, Poland, Mexico).</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">2.    Capability Development and Upskilling:</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and brownbag sessions to keep the team updated on the latest ServiceNow trends and releases.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Upskill existing ServiceNow staff developers to acquire new skills and proficiency in different ServiceNow product modules.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Build Centers of Excellence (COEs) in various ServiceNow modules.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Increase certification rates and manage overall certification and capability targets for the team.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">3.    Client Engagement and Support:</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Support pursuits, orals, and client demos as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Assist in preparing and presenting technical content during client engagements.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">4.    Continuous Learning </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Stay current with the latest trends, updates, and releases in the ServiceNow ecosystem.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Share insights and knowledge with the team to ensure they are informed about new features and best practices.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">5.    Industry Collaboration and Initiatives:</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Work with ServiceNow and other external parties on industry-related initiatives.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Collaborate with ServiceNow on joint projects, events, and programs to enhance EY GDS’s presence and capabilities in the ServiceNow ecosystem.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Qualification:</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Strong presentation and planning skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    ServiceNow Certified Application Developer</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    At least 2 ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications (preferred but not mandatory).</span></p><p><strong><span
