As part of our EY GDS – TechOps team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of the SAP systems across various regions for our global clients. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize system performance to meet business requirements. </span></p><p><span helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">To qualify for the role, you must have:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">At least 1 to 3 years of experience in SAP Basis domain.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Minimum of 1 year working experience in SAP Basis administration with focus on Level 2 support</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Good understanding of SAP Basis Administration principles and concepts</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Hands on Experience with SAP Systems Installation, configuration and troubleshooting including experience with SAP Basis tools and utilities</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">SAP HANA database administration is desirable</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Good analytical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional effectively in a team environment</span></li><li><span do:</span></strong></p><p> </p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide day to day Application Management support for SAP Applications across IT Service Management including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests as Level 2 Application Management Specialist</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide level 2 support for SAP Basis Activities including system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across SAP landscapes.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support in the installation, configuration and maintenance of SAP systems including SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, BW and other SAP components</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure reliability and availability of SAP Applications</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Perform Routine System administration tasks such as user management, system backups and system upgrades</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Document technical procedures, system configurations, and changes for knowledge sharing and future reference.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and SAP best practices to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. </span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Participate in on-call rotation and provide off hours support as needed to ensure the availability and reliability of critical SAP systems.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Available to work on shift hours
