The Manager is expected to operate with limited supervision, make day‑to‑day delivery decisions independently, and escalate only material risks or strategic tradeoffs.</span></p><p> </p><p><span sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Lead MAS install/configure/patch/upgrade planning and execution, coordinating with OpenShift teams on cluster health, scaling, storage, and resource including system properties, logging/diagnostics, cron governance, performance tuning, and complex troubleshooting.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Define and oversee Maximo integrations using MIF, APIs, and messaging/event-driven patterns,
