Your role will focus on translating business needs into EIS-aligned functional requirements, maximizing out-of-the-box capabilities across EIS.</span></p><p><br><span style="font-family:arial, style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Gathering, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Collaborating with EIS architects and developers to validate feasibility and alignment with EIS modules.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Guiding stakeholders toward optimal sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Supporting backlog creation, refinement and user story definition within Agile teams.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Reporting the progress of R&amp;D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review</span></li><li (P&amp;C).</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Knowledge of EIS modules: PolicyCore, BillingCore, ClaimsCore, CustomerCore.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ability to influence stakeholders and guide them toward optimal EIS-standard functionalities.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ability to convert business needs into functional
