lifecycle.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><strong><span>Skills and attributes for success </span><span> </span></strong></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p><span>1–3 years of hands-on experience in test automation.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p><span>Proficiency with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Katalon (LowCode), Selenium / Playwright (Web), Appium (Mobile), Rest Assured (API), TestNG, Junit, etc.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p><span>Skilled manual tester using e.g. Chrome DevTools and Postman.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p><span>Strong experience in developing automated test scripts using frameworks and languages like Java, JavaScript, Python.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p><span>Strong interest in shift-left testing and AI.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p><span>Familiarity with bug/defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p><span>Experience with version control systems such as Git.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p><span>Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p><span>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p><span>Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p><span>Ability to work in a dynamic environment and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, written,
