Therefore, you must be flexible, adaptable and passionate about innovation. You will be responsible for liaising and managing key stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that the solutions are delivered successfully. The successful candidate will have:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience working in Wealth or Asset management Industry.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience with eFront Invest configuration of workflows, screens, reports, workflow, access rights.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience Front Invest scripting.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">In-depth knowledge of eFront Invest calculation engine and methods.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong ability in analysing data and tracing it within eFront Invest.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong requirements elicitation skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong collaboration and client communication skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Participation in the migration of data on the eFront Invest solution.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">User support and training.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong knowledge on asset classes such as private equity and real estate across front office, middle office, and back-office side of business.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Exposure to portfolio management, trade execution, data control and operations and portfolio administration on eFront platform.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Should possess high-level understanding of data model.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Good experience understanding client requirements and streamline them appropriately to the team.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Good Leadership skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent client-facing skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with 4 to 9 years’ experience.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Preferred skills:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Techno functional knowledge of Core Wealth / Asset management with good exposure to eFront platform from BlackRock.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Technical experience of working on data, understand relational data models, SQL queries</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Technical knowledge of Java, JavaScript and VB.net programming languages</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience in any or more of Oracle, MS SQL, DB2 databases.
