The candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and maintaining Master Data Management solutions using <strong>Informatica MDM (Customer 360, Supplier 360, Product 360 and MDM Hub)</strong>.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">This role involves architecting and developing MDM solutions, managing data quality, and ensuring <strong>MDM solutions using Informatica MDM</strong> platform.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Configure <strong>Data Models, Match &amp; Merge rules, Hierarchies, Trust Framework</strong>, and workflows.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and developers to gather and analyse requirements.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Perform <strong>data profiling, cleansing, standardization, and validation</strong> for master data domains.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Implement <strong>data governance and stewardship workflows</strong> for maintaining data quality.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">8-11 years of experience in <strong>Informatica MDM development and implementation</strong>.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong understanding of <strong>MDM architecture, data modelling, and metadata management</strong>.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Hands-on experience with <strong>Informatica MDM Hub, e360, IDD, SIF, MDM Provisioning Tool</strong>, and <strong>ETL/ELT</strong>.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience with <strong>data quality tools</strong> (Informatica DQ or others) and <strong>MDM integration patterns</strong>.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Understanding of <strong>data governance principles and master data domains</strong> (customer, product, vendor, etc.).</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
