This includes managing the CyberArk infrastructure, monitoring system performance, and providing first-level support to resolve issues related to privileged account management. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles and be eager to learn and grow within the field.</span></p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Key Requirements / Responsibilities:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist in the administration and maintenance of the CyberArk PAM solution, including the management of safes, platforms, and policies.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Monitor the health and performance of the CyberArk environment, responding to alerts and notifications in a timely manner.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide first-level support for issues related to privileged account access, including password checkouts, session management, and account onboarding.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Participate in the onboarding of new accounts into the CyberArk platform, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement enhancements and updates to the CyberArk infrastructure.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Document standard operating procedures, system configurations, and incident reports.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist in the development and delivery of CyberArk user training and awareness programs.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence related to CyberArk operations.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Stay up-to-date with the latest CyberArk features, updates, and industry best practices.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and backups of the CyberArk helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP is a plus.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, not required.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Certifications such as CyberArk Defender or Sentry are desirable but not mandatory for entry-level
