Coordination</strong></span></h4><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Coordinate with technical leads, business analysts, and solution architects to ensure consistent and reliable integration across all workstreams</span></li><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Guide planning for system integration testing (SIT/UAT), interface validation, and operational readiness</span></li><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Identify integration risks and dependencies early, and facilitate timely mitigation in collaboration with stakeholders</span></li></ul><h4><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Governance &amp; Reporting</strong></span></h4><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Provide regular updates to senior leadership and governance forums on integration progress, challenges, and resolutions</span></li><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Ensure adherence to integration standards, best practices, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle</span></li></ul><hr><h3><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></h3><h4><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Education &amp; Technical Skills</strong></span></h4><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field</span></li><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Over 8 years of experience in core system integration or related system implementation and project management experience</span></li><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Proven expertise with next-generation core system platforms and integration frameworks (e.g. API-led, middleware, messaging layers)</span></li><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Understanding of modern core system architectures, including cloud-enabled, modular, and scalable systems</span></li><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong knowledge of integration patterns, data flows, synchronization strategies, and interface management</span></li><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Deep understanding of financial services core modules, such as:</span><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Banking</strong> (e.g. CASA, Deposits, Loans, Payments, Customer, Treasury)</span></li><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Familiarity with banking operations, business processes, and regulatory reporting (e.g., financial accounting, CCRIS, STATsmart, MFRS9, PIDM, EAL)</span></li><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Insurance</strong> (e.g. Policy administration, Underwriting, Claims Management, Payments, Re-insurance)</span></li><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Treasury</strong> (e.g. Customer, Trade Booking, Trade Event, Settlement, Post Settlement)</span></li></ul></li></ul><h4><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Professional Certification</strong></span></h4><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification</span></li><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)</span></li><li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Agile, SAFe, or ITIL certifications a plus</span></li></ul><h4><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Leadership &amp;
